This is an active opening at Best Source Electronics in Blaine, MN, not a general resume collection. We are hiring because of continued customer demand and growth across our electronics manufacturing work. This position is on-site at our clean, climate-controlled facility.

Best Source Electronics is looking for a detail-oriented Quality & Test Technician to help ensure our products meet customer expectations and quality requirements before shipment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, inspection, electrical testing, technical problem-solving, and documentation in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in supporting products used in industries such as medical, aerospace, industrial, and advanced technology.

What You Will Do

  • Help maintain quality records and traceability requirements
  • Identify and document nonconforming materials or assemblies
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality questions
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
  • Help ensure products are completed accurately and consistently before shipment

This role is often the final checkpoint before products leave our facility. You will help confirm that parts are built correctly, tested properly, documented accurately, and ready for customer use.

This role combines hands-on inspection, technical testing, and documentation responsibilities in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.

What We Are Looking For
