We’re looking for Service Technicians who value teamwork just as much as technical skill — who can troubleshoot confidently, communicate clearly, and represent Bekum well in the field.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.
- Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.
- Traveling to USA and international locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.
- Supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Alternatively, 2-3 years’ experience in blow molding or related field
- Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally
