Position Overview: The intern will work directly with the managing partner and lead coach, Dianna Moore, on key projects focused on lead generation and the sales process. This internship provides exposure to a career in entrepreneurship, offering valuable experience in leadership, lead generation, sales, content creation, customer success, and chief of staff responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the managing partner and lead coach on lead generation strategies and sales processes.
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials and client communications.
- Support the development of the customer journey and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and system.
- Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact for lead management and communication.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) preferred.
- Experience or coursework in marketing and copywriting is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Comfortable working remotely and able to commit to regular communication and weekly meetings.
Supervision and Support: The intern will work directly with the managing partner and lead coach, receiving mentorship from the founder of Moore Joy Group.
Duration and Schedule: Flexible duration with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week. The intern can work remotely from any time zone but must be available for weekly meetings with the managing partner.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Stipend of $500 per quarter, with 1/3rd paid monthly.
- Transferable experience and a reference upon completion of the internship.
