Skills Gained
Most college graduates start their career in sales, yet very few universities offer sales majors and/or minors. Our goal at Grit Marketing is to simulate a sales major/minor in just one summer. This will allow our interns to gain the skills needed to jumpstart their careers compared to their peers. Our internship program gives our interns real-life experience in sales, marketing, negotiation, general communication, financial literacy, psychology, leadership, team management, investing, verbal and non verbal communication, and more.
Resume Experience and Internship Credit
One of the best parts of our internship is the resume experience it gives you. In most interviewing processes recruiters/employers are looking for something that sets you apart from the competition. As the goal for all businesses is to produce revenue, sales experience instantly gives you a leg up on landing your dream career. We will help all of our interns to build out their resume so that they can get into the careers or higher level education that they desire.
Alongside resume experience, we will write you a cover letter to receive internship credit accepted at most universities.
Perks
Roughly 3% of all company sales revenue goes back towards incentives for our program. These incentives include, but are not limited to, all inclusive vacations, car leases or monthly car payment stipends, health benefits, monthly meal stipends, monthly residuals through profit distributions, company gear such as hats and clothing, high end shoes and streetwear, iPads, Apple watches, AirMax Pros, Macbook Pro’s, Epic/Ikon Ski Passes, Skis and Snowboards, TV’s, etc.
Expectations of an Intern
We expect all interns to be a positive member of our team. We look to hire interns that posses qualities of hard work, determination, grit, collaboration, and competitiveness. All interns are required to complete our training course and company training program. We expect our interns to be apart of building team culture. The goal of Grit Marketing is to foster an environment where interns can grow and develop as young professionals, any intern that stands in the way of that will not be tolerated.
