Out Leaders in Business is an affinity group for LGBTQ+ students studying business and accounting at the University of Oregon. Its mission is to build a community, increase representation, and provide resources. Out Leaders aims to help members become knowledgeable, impactful leaders in their fields, regardless of experience.
