Front Desk/Reception at NYC’s Premier Private Training Gym Facility

Qualifications and Skills:

1. **Customer Service Skills**: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

2. **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage scheduling, appointments, and records accurately.

3. **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

4. **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using office software and gym management systems.

5. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle basic issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.

6. **Knowledge of Fitness Industry**: Basic understanding of gym services and programs (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

1. **Greeting Clients**: Welcoming members and guests, checking them in, and answering questions.

2. **Managing Appointments**: Scheduling classes, personal training sessions, and other appointments.

3. **Handling Payments**: Processing membership fees, class payments, and other transactions.

4. **Maintaining Records**: Keeping accurate records of memberships, payments, and attendance.

5. **Customer Support**: Addressing member concerns, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive experience.

6. **Administrative Tasks**: Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
