Overview

Start a meaningful, high-income career, no prior sales experience required. At Security Central, we’re looking for the right person! We don’t want your prior sales experience. We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a meaningful career. We will teach you the rest!

If you’re coachable, motivated, and genuinely care about helping people, this could be a life-changing opportunity.

This is not transactional or high-pressure sales. You won’t be door-knocking during dinner. It’s about building trust, solving real problems, and serving people well. We only recommend solutions that will actually help our clients. Our goal is to build long-term relationships.

Our Sales Apprentice program is designed to train you step-by-step into a successful Sales Consultant with a long-term career path.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn the full sales process through hands-on training and mentorship
  • Prospect and connect with potential customers daily
  • Identify needs and design solutions that genuinely help people
  • Guide customers from first conversation through installation
  • Deliver an experience that leads to referrals and long-term relationships
  • Meet with prospects, educating them on our services, and designing solutions
  • In-person travel in the Denver metro area
