What You’ll Do
As a Video Production Intern, you’ll report to our Manager of Creative Production and collaborate with the broader creative team to help bring marketing campaigns to life through video. You’ll get real-world experience editing commercials for brands, supporting production shoots, and exploring the future of creative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble video content for social media ads, broadcast commercials, and CTV/OLV ads
- Make updates to existing video ads to change out promotions, footage, etc.
- Learn and work within creative automation platforms to build dynamic video ad units at scale
- Work with established brand guidelines and campaign frameworks to maintain cohesive visual storytelling
- Assist the Creative Team on set and in pre-production for video shoots, gaining behind-the-scenes production experience
- Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions and stay up-to-date on video trends and emerging tools—especially the role of AI in video production & post-production
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film Production, Video Production, Motion Design, Marketing, or a related field
- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing video editing, pacing, and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required)
- Experience with the broader Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Organized in file management and creative project management
- Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies, with or without prior experience
- Communicates effectively and collaborates respectfully with a variety of team members, including peers, creative professionals, and leadership
- Shows initiative, reliability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth
- Approaches new challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to seek out resources and learn independently when needed
- Able to adapt to evolving priorities and navigate new or unclear situations with guidance and support
