The ideal candidate for this position will know how to bring customers to an escape entertainment concept.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends and insights to make campaigns more cost-effective.
Develop marketing campaigns that are within budget and achieve target customer goals. - Plan and execute all SEO, email, social media, and display channels.
- Measure and report metrics as a matter of analysis on success of the campaigns.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Form relationships with other businesses in the area for cross-promotions.
- Attend meetings with Managers/Assistant Managers and ownership group to report out on upcoming campaigns, advertising schedule, and communication plan for staff at each location.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- While primarily in Cedar Falls, must be willing to work with our other locations, including Cedar Rapids and Des Moines.
- Must have a degree, or be working towards a degree, in Digital Marketing or a similar field.
- 20-25 hours per week.
