We’re looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to contribute to projects with real impact. This is a selective opportunity for students who want to gain skills valued by global brands, government institutions, and Fortune 500 companies.

About EPIC Translations

At EPIC Translations, we help global brands, government agencies, healthcare systems, and educational institutions communicate seamlessly across 150+ languages. Since 2009, we’ve partnered with Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations to deliver translation, interpretation, localization, and multilingual marketing solutions that drive international collaboration and growth.

We’re scaling rapidly — and we’re looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented interns to join our team.

Why This Internship Is Different

This isn’t a typical internship. You won’t just shadow meetings or organize files. Instead, you’ll work directly on high-stakes, client-facing projects — helping craft RFP proposals, develop marketing strategies, and create content used to secure multi-million-dollar contracts.

If you’re serious about launching your career in marketing, business writing, or global communications, this is your chance to gain real-world experience that makes your resume stand out.

Position Overview

As an EPIC Translations Marketing & Proposal Writing Intern, you’ll:

  • Help craft persuasive business messaging that wins contracts and strengthens EPIC’s market positioning.
  • Work alongside experienced marketing strategists and business development professionals on projects with immediate impact.

This internship gives you career-defining exposure to strategic marketing operations, competitive RFP proposal development, and global business communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Strategic Market Research → Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities to strengthen EPIC’s marketing and proposal strategies.

· Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns → Collaborate with the marketing team to draft high-converting email campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications that engage clients and prospects.

· Create High-Impact Content → Write, edit, and optimize blogs, case studies, website content, and social media posts to showcase EPIC’s solutions and drive brand visibility.

· Support SEO & Digital Marketing Initiatives → Research keywords, analyze website performance, and help improve EPIC’s search engine rankings and online reach.

· Develop Client-Facing Marketing Assets → Assist in building proposal templates, capability statements, case studies, and success stories for business development campaigns.

· Work with Next-Gen Tools → Get hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools, CRM systems, SEO analytics dashboards, and proposal automation platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

· Current students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.

· Passion for languages, cross-cultural communication, and global business.

· Bonus: Experience with translation tools, SEO, WordPress, or marketing automation platforms (not required, but preferred).

What You’ll Gain

· Master Emerging Marketing & Proposal Tools – Learn how AI-powered technologies, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards shape global marketing and client acquisition strategies.

· Mentorship from Industry Experts – Collaborate closely with senior marketing strategists, business developers, and proposal managers to learn best practices.

· Build a Competitive Portfolio – Leave with real client-facing deliverables — proposals, campaigns, and marketing assets created for Fortune 500 companies and government clients.

· Work with Global Professionals – Gain exposure to linguists, interpreters, business leaders, and marketing experts worldwide.
