Position Overview:
As a Softball Instructor at D-BAT Columbus, you will have the opportunity to work with kids aged 7-11, imparting your love for the sport and developing their baseball skills. We believe in creating a fun and engaging learning environment, fostering a lifelong appreciation for baseball.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct baseball training sessions for young athletes.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate coaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing feedback on player progress.

Qualifications:
- Experience coaching kids aged 7-11 in baseball
