Centurion Corporation Limited (“Centurion” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading provider of purpose-built workers accommodation assets in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, student accommodation assets in Australia, the United Kingdom, United States, and China, and build-to-rent assets in China.
The Group owns and manages a strong portfolio of 34 operational accommodation assets totaling 66,660 beds as of 30 September 2024. Centurion’s operational workers accommodation assets are managed under the “Westlite Accommodation” brand and comprises nine workers accommodation assets in Singapore and eight assets in Malaysia. The Group’s operational student accommodation assets are managed under the “dwell” brand, with ten assets in the UK, three assets in US, two assets in Australia, and two assets in China.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head, Corporate Communications, the intern will support the Group HQ BMC director, BMC executives and Digital Marketing Manager with the following activities:
- Global Brand Development & Guardianship

- maintenance of Westlite Accommodation and dwell Student Living global brand toolboxes

- update/refresh brand manuals, hacks & guides
- ensure access to brand assets for BMC teams across markets and properties

- audit of brand CI & ID applications, communications content & material, produced by the Group’s operating properties in SG, MY, UK & AU for:

- brand compliance & consistency
- best practices and case studies

- development of property brand CI, signage and ID executions for new properties to be launched, for:

- Marketing Communications

- Review and refresh key data for marketing strategic planning

- customer personae, decision triggers and purchase journeys
- key partner and agent lists and engagement opportunities
- competitor analysis

- Development of Business Development and Lead Generation campaigns

- rebooker and new booker campaigns for dwell Australia
- industry association events and engagement for Westlite Malaysia

- extract reports from website and CRM data management platforms
- analyze campaign performance to guide digital marketing, remarketing and sales efforts

- maintain/update monthly social content plan
- produce, post, monitor social content and engagement across various social channels (LinkedIn, fb, IG, TikTok, Douyin and Little Red Book)

Qualifications:
Education and Knowledge
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Graduating December 2025 or later
- Junior or senior standing, or pursuing an advanced degree preferred.
- Coursework or certifications in digital marketing, branding, or related areas, preferred.
- Basic understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
- Passion for brand development and creative storytelling.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work-sharing platforms (MS SharePoint), and Adobe (PDF).
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, or CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights.
- Basic graphic design knowledge and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of design tools, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with high standard of written communication.
- Ability to maintain a professional tone across diverse channels and audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in branding, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of advanced SEO techniques or tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience managing social media accounts for organizations or brands.
- Graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
- Experience working with international teams or knowledge of cross-cultural communication in marketing.
