What You’ll Do

As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll begin in an entry-level Business-to-Business (B2B) sales role where you will:

  • Build professional relationships with business customers
  • Learn consultative selling and territory management

  • Develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

As you develop and perform, you’ll advance into management and leadership roles, including:
