To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist athletes in skill development on the basketball court, running equipment in the facility, administer Official Recruiting Visits, take general phone calls, and act in a Customer Service role. This position will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching and training, in addition to aiding in membership acquisition and retention efforts.
