Looking for a summer course that can help you make progress toward your career goals? The Global Career Accelerator, offered as BA 299, gives students a way to build practical skills employers value while earning academic credit at the same time.

Why BA 299?

The Global Career Accelerator is designed to help you gain hands-on experience while exploring career paths and skills that connect across industries. Instead of only learning theoretical concepts in the classroom, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with students from other universities on a project
  • Apply skills to real-world scenarios and get comfortable using industry tools
  • Explore emerging fields and cross-industry work
  • Try out career paths you might not otherwise encounter in your major
  • Build resume-ready experience before your next internship or job search

Students who complete the program report stronger confidence and better career outcomes after participating! 

Register for a Summer Section

BA 299 is offered during summer term in a synchronous remote format, which means students meet online for live sessions. There are two time sections available:

  • CRN 42051 on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. between June 22 and August 28, 2026
  • CRN 42052 on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. between June 22and August 28, 2026

Choose the section that best fits your summer schedule and register as soon as possible to secure your spot.
