As one of our Mohr Active Employers, adidas is deeply connected to the Lundquist community—recruiting Ducks, showing up on campus, and offering career-building experiences that help students stand out. Whether you’re curious about marketing, design, supply chain, analytics, merchandising, or product development, adidas offers multiple pathways to explore how your skills and passions can fit into a global sportswear brand.

2026 adidas North America Internship Program

Applications for adidas’ 2026 summer internships open January 1–8. This 12-week program, based in Portland or Los Angeles, runs either May–August or June–September and offers opportunities in design, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, analytics, and wholesale.

  • Benefits: The internship experience includes orientation, relocation support, global networking coffee chats, an interactive Q&A with leadership, a cross-functional project, and intern social events.
  • Eligibility: Students must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program (no master’s/MBA placements), hold valid U.S. work authorization, and plan to graduate between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Recruitment timeline: Screening takes place in January and February, interviews occur in mid–late February, and final decisions are made in March.
  • How to apply: Submit your resume along with the required adidas “1-Pager”—a creative brief responding to a brand prompt inspired by the You Got This campaign, designed to help candidates showcase creative thinking and alignment with adidas’ identity.

Virtual Panels: Hear Directly from adidas Teams

If you want a deeper look at adidas teams and career paths, the company is hosting a series of virtual panels where business leaders and intern alumni share insights about their work and career journeys. Sessions throughout December highlight areas such as marketing, merchandising, design, product development, digital analytics, supply chain, and wholesale, offering students the chance to hear directly from the teams behind these functions, , skillsets they look for, and how Ducks have found success at adidas. A full list of sessions and RSVP information is available on the adidas Handshake page.
